30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products purchased from Onyx Auto Shine.

Eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all originally supplied accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Contact us using the Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos when possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us before returning the product so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
